The LPN is responsible for administering medications, managing resident treatments, and coordinating with physicians. They also assist in developing service plans and maintaining accurate resident charts.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a current professional LPN/LVN license and CPR certification. Effective English communication skills and adherence to state health requirements are mandatory.
