Provide primary patient care for infusion therapy patients, including assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate site settings. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team and maintain detailed documentation of all patient encounters and clinical activities.
Must be a licensed RN in good standing with a preferred BSN and at least 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in infusion therapy. Requires a valid driver's license and proficiency with IV access devices and Microsoft Office.
Description Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Sharon Hill, PA and surrounding areas. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!
Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing. State of Pennsylvania RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required. Must have great communication skills and ability to follow up with Regional Nurse Manager with timely response Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives. Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations. Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency. Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred. Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions on that license.
