As we continue to grow, our Internal Medicine Department is expanding.
We are seeking a residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical excellence, and helping shape the future of a growing specialty service.
This is not a solo role.
You will be joining an existing internist, allowing for shared case management, collaboration on complex cases, and a more sustainable approach to scheduling and patient care.

Our Internal Medicine service is supported by a highly skilled team of credentialed veterinary nurses who understand the unique needs of specialty medicine EPVMC offers the advanced diagnostic capabilities and collaborative environment necessary to practice high-quality internal medicine.
Our specialists have access to Karl Storz endoscopy equipment, GE Fortis ultrasound, MRI, CT, and fluoroscopy, along with a full in-house laboratory.
The service benefits from a consistent referral and emergency caseload generated by our busy 24/7 Emergency Department, along with strong collaboration from Anesthesia, Critical Care, Cardiology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and Pain Management.
This multidisciplinary approach allows our clinicians to manage complex cases while creating a seamless continuum of care for hospitalized and referral patients.
What We're Looking For Board-certified Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (DACVIM) or residency-trained candidate eligible for board certification Ability to attain state Veterinary License in Pennsylvania A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a two-internist team Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care Strong communication skills with clients, referring veterinarians, and colleagues Desire to contribute to a positive, supportive hospital culture Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $180,000–$220,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
