• One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Wound Care Nurse, you will specialize in comprehensive wound and ostomy care.
• You will elevate care quality, optimize patient outcomes, and ensure cost-effective management.Every day you will provide expert consultation and direct care for complex wounds.
• You'll assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care, educate patients/staff on best practices, monitor outcomes, and ensure protocol adherence.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Promotes an interdisciplinary approach to wound/ostomy care/PICC line insertions within the hospital setting.
