The Administrative Assistant manages front-desk operations, client intake, and Medicaid eligibility verification for an Autism Clinic. They are also responsible for maintaining client records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with community relations and incident reporting.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and experience in general office duties. Mandatory requirements include passing FBI/CYFD fingerprint clearance and maintaining a clean driving record.
Supervision provided by Autism Clinic Director. Expected to be highly motivated and self-directed. Supervision to include weekly team meetings, general staff meetings and other meetings needed to ensure compliance with established team and agency goals.
