The ARU RN manages pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery for patients undergoing invasive cardiology and electrophysiology procedures. They act as a critical communication bridge between physicians, patients, and their families in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a Georgia RN license, and be BLS certified. A BSN degree and two years of professional nursing experience are preferred.

The Cardiovascular (ARU) RN plays a pivotal role in patient care, acting as a bridge between doctors, patients and families. The Admit Recovery Unit RN is part of a supportive, collaborative team that provides superior patient care, in a highly skilled, fast paced environment. The ARU RN is responsibile for pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery of invasive cardiology patients, receiving clinically advanced, lifesaving cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures. This role is Monday-Friday, 3x12 hour day shift, with a late stay rotation; no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
