Position Overview: Perform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information; clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for examinations/procedures; obtain and record vitals and histories. Perform administrative support tasks (scheduling, basic registration support) as assigned. Maintain medical records and support EHR data entry per clinic workflow. Assist clinicians during patient visits; rooming and turnover of exam rooms. Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy or medication administration only when trained and directed per clinic policy. Maintain supplies and follow safety/infection control procedures. Qualifications

Job qualifications & certifications: Medical Assistant training/experience as required by client facility. BLS/CPR as required by the client facility (if applicable). Outpatient clinic and EHR experience preferred. This position is subject to all client and solicitation requirements, including verification of licensure, background screening, immunization compliance, and completion of facility onboarding prior to assignment.
