Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, routine wellness exams, and preventive care to a diverse patient demographic. Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions. Order, interpret, and track laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and relevant tests. Prescribe medications, manage therapies, and administer routine vaccinations. Coordinate complex care plans and specialist referrals within a collaborative, team-based care model. Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Collaborate alongside nursing staff, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

Residency

Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.

Certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Licensure

Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California (or eligible to obtain).

Credentials

• Active DEA registration and current BLS certification. Medical bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is highly valued but not required.
