Acts as the primary point of contact for physicians, patients, and caregivers to facilitate access to clinical and supportive care services. Coordinates patient appointments across labs, diagnostic areas, and specialty physicians within the health system and community.
Requires a current Ohio Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and a minimum of five years of nursing experience. ONS certification must be obtained within six months of hire, with OCN certification preferred.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Oncology Department at our Ontario location.
Serves as a single point of contact referring physicians, patients and caregivers to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within Avita Health System and in the community. Facilitates patient appointments, including those made with labs, diagnostic areas and specialty physicians.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
