We’re looking for passionate CNAs who want to\nmake a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health\nconditions.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n✔ Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care\n✔ Provide direct patient interaction and engagement\n✔ Assist with individual and group activities\n✔ Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment\n✔ Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health\n✔ Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients\n\nWhat You Need:\n\n * High school diploma or GED\n * Active CNA certification (preferred, not required)\n * BLS certification (required)\n * 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred)\n * Basic computer skills (preferred)\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a team dedicated to improving behavioral health one patient at a\ntime.
