You, our Ideal Candidate You are a compassionate and skilled nurse who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided
• Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support
• Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
