The counselor is responsible for conducting intakes, performing diagnostic assessments, and developing individualized substance abuse treatment plans. They also manage transition and discharge planning while providing services linked to specific client goals.
Candidates must have a CADC or CIT certification (or the ability to obtain one) and a high school diploma or associate degree. At least two years of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment is preferred.
Arisa Health is currently seeking a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) or Counselor In Training (CIT) 24/7 residential facility in Searcy. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment.

This position is classified as full- time, non- exempt (hourly).
