The Medication Tech is responsible for administering medications and supervising self-administration for Assisted Living residents in compliance with state and federal regulations. They also monitor patient reactions, maintain medication inventory, and report health changes to the Wellness Director.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or related experience as a Home Health Aid or Personal Care Aid. The role requires the ability to undergo onsite medication training and flexibility with scheduling.
Medication Techs/Med Techs primarily focus on medication administration and related duties/tasks under the supervision of a nurse and the RN Delegator, following the guidelines provided by Senior Solutions Management Group and State Regulations. This position reports to the Wellness Director.
