Performs functions related to the preparation, storage, distribution, and dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities include data entry, record keeping, and rotations through IV admixture and outpatient pharmacy services.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with sterile compounding, technician experience, or graduation from an ASHP accredited program. A Michigan State Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist Intern license is preferred.
