Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist PRN

• Franciscan Health Crown Point 12750 S Francis Dr Crown Point, Indiana 46307 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist to help meet the growing demand of our hospitalist program at Franciscan Health Crown Point.
• This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork.
• WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience with inpatient care and Internal Medicine, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to ensure delivery of the highest quality of patient care.
• WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Traditional PRN schedule Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Focuses on the observation/clinical decision unit Average inpatient volume: 8 – 12 patients Limited ICU Setting (All admissions require Pulmonary/Critical Care Consult) Crown Point has: Operating Beds: 233 16 ICU and 22 PCU beds (38 critical care beds) Strong collegial support from specialists WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana.

Qualifications
