The LPN provides high-quality nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric setting, focusing on medication administration and patient monitoring. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a safe therapeutic environment and ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must be at least 20 years old, a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and hold an active LPN license in Kansas. Three to six months of related nursing experience is required, with behavioral health experience preferred.
Licensed practical nurse (Lpn) – $5,000 sign on bonus!
Full-Time Night Shift: Saturday-Sunday 7pm-7am

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric setting. This role is responsible for medication administration, patient monitoring, documentation, care coordination, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
As a valued member of the treatment team, you will help create a safe, therapeutic environment while collaborating with medical, psychiatric, and clinical professionals to ensure patients receive exceptional care.
• Experience working in behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health settings

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting patients in a clinical environment. Team members may regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. The role requires the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations and maintain awareness of patient and environmental safety.
