This role includes hands-on, full care support, including: · Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
· Ostomy and diaper care
· Medication administration (via feeding tube)
· IV support (training provided)
· Transfers using a lift and wheelchair support
· Transportation to appointments (accessible van provided)
The member requires 24/7 supervision and cannot be left alone.
