The LPN is responsible for conducting resident health assessments, administering medications, and providing direct nursing care such as wound and IV therapy. They also supervise CNAs and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize resident care plans.
Candidates must possess a valid State of Iowa LPN License. They should be compassionate, dependable, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
