The role involves performing complex specimen analysis across chemistry, hematology, and immunology while maintaining laboratory equipment and quality control records. Additionally, the technician handles phlebotomy, patient charting, and ensures compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree for MLT or a Bachelor's degree for MT/MLS in medical technology or laboratory science. Preferred qualifications include AMT or ASCP certification and at least 3 years of related experience.
