Provide outpatient pain medicine services including office visits and follow-up care. Perform specialized procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections.
Must be Board Certified in Pain Medicine with a fellowship and a Wisconsin or IMLC license. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS.
