Provide hands-on after-hours care and symptom management for hospice patients while supporting their families. Responsibilities include administering medications, communicating with physicians, and pronouncing deaths at homes or facilities.
Requires a nursing degree from an accredited school and a current state license to practice. At least one year of nursing experience is required, with a preference for three or more years in a hospice setting.
