How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
