Physical Therapist Assistant Job Summary A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient treatment in a steady, professional clinic setting. This role is focused on helping patients follow through with therapy plans, improve movement, and build strength and function over time. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help carry out treatment programs for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients.

Position Details

Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic: PT-owned Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities Assist with mobility, strengthening, balance, gait, and flexibility work Monitor patient response during treatment sessions Report patient progress or concerns to the supervising PT Reinforce home exercise programs and proper movement techniques Complete treatment documentation accurately and on time Help keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patient care Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation Strong communication and teamwork skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule options PT-owned clinic setting Take the next step in your PTA career with a clinic that values steady, focused patient care.
