- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients. Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy. Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments. Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation. Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Licensure
Active New York State Medical License (Required).
Certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Language
- Must be bilingual in Spanish (Required).
