Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility assistance, and incontinence care Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents Assist with medication reminders and resident safety monitoring Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for residents and visitors Support daily programming and community operations as needed

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred CNA certification welcomed but not required for all positions CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must successfully complete required background screening Experience working with seniors or dementia care is a plus ✨ At Spring Arbor Senior Living, we believe seniors deserve compassionate care, meaningful connection, and a place that truly feels like home.
