The CT Technologist is responsible for operating the CT scanner to obtain diagnostic scans and administering contrast agents. They must ensure technical accuracy of images, transmit them to PACS, and maintain department supplies.
Requires two years of post-high school education, BLS certification, and current radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio and ARRT. CT Technologist certification is requested within two years and required by three years.
