The therapist will assess clients' mental and physical health to develop individualized treatment plans for addiction recovery. They will provide counseling to clients and families while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure lasting recovery.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a clinical field and have at least one year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling. Preference is given to licensed professionals with experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Pay Range: $78,000-$89,440
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hrs/week

As a Therapist at RCA, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through their recovery journey. Using person-centered and evidence-based practices, you will:
· Assess clients’ mental and physical health, substance use, and readiness for treatment
· Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment goals and plans
· Provide education and counseling to clients and their families
· Help clients build coping strategies and develop healthy behaviors
· Identify and address behaviors that may interfere with recovery
· Refer clients to appropriate external services (e.g., support groups, job placement)
· Educate families on addiction and recovery strategies
· Participate in community outreach when needed
· Work closely with the Care Coordination and Clinical teams
· Perform other clinical duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For: · Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
· At least 1 year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling
MHC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D. in Psychology
· 1-3 years of experience working with culturally diverse populations in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Experience working with dual-diagnosis patients is a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
