Provide spiritual care support and guidance to patients and families that honors their specific beliefs and values. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement spiritual care plans for those facing life-limiting illnesses.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, or divinity, and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospice setting. Must have experience in family counseling regarding loss and grief, as well as reliable transportation.
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
