Assists residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Monitors vital signs and transports residents to medical appointments and social programs.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old. A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults is required, with relevant experience preferred.
Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs. Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to the Charge Nurse. Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help. Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
