The LVN is responsible for collecting patient data, performing plan-of-care interventions such as wound care, and administering medications. They assist RNs in developing care plans and support patients with daily living activities while monitoring and communicating patient status.
Applicants must hold a current state LVN license and an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
