Provide high-quality occupational therapy care and educate patients on treatment options and injury prevention. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in clinic research and protocol development.
Requires an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid COTA license or eligibility. Candidates must be willing to float between multiple clinic locations.
What You’ll Do Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy. Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury. Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function. Provide patients with strategies for long-term success. Document accurately and on time. Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting. Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development. Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.
What We’re Looking For Associates degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain). Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
