Deliver high-quality care to neonatal patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, and intervention. Maintain continuity of care and implement age-specific safety and infection control measures.
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma, a valid RN license, and BCLS certification. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is required, with three years of NICU Level III experience strongly preferred.
