We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your impact as a treatment nurse
In this role, you will
Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
