• HourlySummary: To provide direct supervision, assistance, and monitoring of the residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities and related activities. To provide necessary monitoring and maintenance of the supportive living facility.

• Duties and
• Responsibilities include the following:
• Provides supervision to the residents.
• Provides supervision of all medications taken by residents during their scheduled shift, in accordance with facility medication supervision policies and guidelines.
• Provides for necessary meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry task as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader.
• Carries out all activities planned by the Residential Team Leader for assigned shift, including but not limited to, recreational activities.
• Completes all required documentation for assigned shift including but not limited to, daily log notes, reportable occurrences, and medication sheets, etc.
• Serves on an on-call basis.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• QualificationsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must possess a current driver’s license with a “F” endorsement and have a good driving record. • Education and/or
• Experience: High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Language
• Skills: Ability to read, ability to write clearly and legibly; ability to write brief reports on the behavior of residents.
• Mathematical
• Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
• Reasoning
• Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
