Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on promoting independence and positive relationship building. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and facilitating community participation.
Requires at least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, or mental health needs, specifically those requiring behavioral support. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and possess a valid driver's license.
