The nurse will triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, and perform tuck-ins and admissions as needed. Responsibilities include adapting to patient needs on a weekend on-call basis and participating in field visits and office meetings.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred but not required, along with an empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
