Occupational Therapist – Adults and Older People's Review

• Are you an experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist looking for your next locum opportunity within Adult Social Care?
• We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults & Older People's Review Team in Enfield.
• This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service carrying out annual reviews and reassessments to ensure residents continue to receive the most appropriate support to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
• The Roles: As part of the Adults & Older People's Review Team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive reviews and reassessments of existing care and support arrangements, ensuring services remain effective, person-centred, and outcome-focused.
• You will work closely with service users, carers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to identify changing needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
• What will your responsibilities be?
• Complete annual reviews and Occupational Therapy reassessments for adults and older people.
• Evaluate existing care packages and recommend adjustments where required.
• Assess functional abilities, risks, and opportunities to maximise independence.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and partner organisations.
• Provide professional recommendations regarding equipment, adaptations, and support services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with legislative and professional requirements.
• Ensure all interventions are person-centred and promote positive outcomes.
