• Information: Virtua Anesthesia – West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our growing team. This unique opportunity offers the ability to work approximately 13 weeks per year while earning a starting salary of $300,000, providing exceptional flexibility and work-life balance. This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on: Airway management throughout the hospital OB anesthesia call and support Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care The position is structured as a one week a month schedule, offering a predictable rotation and extended time off.

• Hospital: OLOL Camden is a tertiary-care hospital known for cardiac surgery, transplant programs, high-acuity critical care, and obstetrics. Overnight coverage includes varied and meaningful clinical responsibilities across these services.
• The starting salary for this position is: $300,000.00. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
