Provide clinical psychosocial services, assessments, and interventions for patients and families within a health center clinic. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to maximize patient well-being and facilitate access to community resources.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and a valid LICSW or LMHC state license. Candidates must have 2-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
