The Clinic Nurse collaborates with providers to deliver patient care, education, and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include managing medication supplies, performing telephone triage, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must be a credentialed RN or LPN in the state of Indiana with a current BLS certification. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, and experience with electronic health records is preferred.
