Responsibilities

• INTAKE CLINICIAN FULL-TIME NIGHTS 12-HOUR SHIFTS Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) Metropolitan Behavioral Health is a growing 144-bed behavioral health facility that provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24-hours a day.
• Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues are offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population.

• The Clinician may also schedule a clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and contacts the physician who will make decision for the appropriate level of care: inpatient, day treatment or outpatient care.
• He/she will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources.

Qualifications

Education and License

• MSW with Michigan LMSW (fully licensed) or Associates in Nursing or BSN with Michigan RN license At least 1 to 3 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a psychiatric hospital.

• Hours: This full-time night shift position that consists of three (3) 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
