Provide personal care and support for pediatric clients on the autism spectrum within a home environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, supporting emotional regulation, and creating a safe, encouraging atmosphere.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Prior experience in direct support or behavioral health is preferred.

This role is best suited for someone who has prior direct support experience and feels confident providing care, structure, and encouragement in a supportive home environment.
