The Registered Nurse provides general medical care, disease case management for chronic conditions, and support for obstetrics patients. Responsibilities include medication reconciliation, patient monitoring, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
Candidates must hold an ADN or BSN and be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. A minimum of 2-4 years of related experience is required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

The Registered Nurse provides general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of medical providers. (This position is per diem/as needed)
Main clinic will be Monfort Family Clinic - but must be able to "float" between other clinics.

Current immunizations are required to work at Sunrise Community Health and may vary dependent upon the position. Influenza (Flu) Vaccine is required for ALL staff. COVID vaccine is highly encouraged. N95 Testing is required for Clinical positions and facial hair must not interfere with the seal or valve function of the respirator.
