Provide comprehensive support to veterinarians by managing patient needs, performing triage, and assisting in surgical procedures. Responsible for administering medications, monitoring anesthesia, and educating clients on home care and discharge protocols.
Requires a high school diploma and the ability to safely handle and restrain animals while lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous veterinary hospital experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.
