Resident Care Associate Harbor (Memory Care) Make a meaningful difference every day Our Memory Care community is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate who is dedicated to providing respectful, attentive care to residents living with cognitive challenges. Pay Rate Starting at $17.75/hour What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining) Monitor and report changes in resident condition Support residents according to individualized care plans Engage residents in daily routines and activities Maintain cleanliness and resident comfort in rooms and common areas Communicate clearly with team members, families, and leadership Document care and incidents accurately and timely Respond calmly in emergency situations What We’re Looking For CNA certification Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to follow care plans and safety standards Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification if required Join Our Team If you’re passionate about caring for others and want a role where your work truly matters, we invite you to apply today.
