Catawba Hospital is searching for a licensed RN interested in caring for adult and/or geriatric patients with psychiatric/mental health issues. Evenings, Nights and Weekend shifts are eligible for shift differential.
Work as part of a dedicated team that provides individualized, recovery-focused care. Utilizing knowledge and experience, successful candidates will provide individuals quality nursing care to adult and geriatric psychiatric patients in accordance with Hospital policy and procedure, and standards of nursing practice.
The successful candidates will evaluate, supervise, and provide performance guidance for staff. They will utilize nursing processes and knowledge in pharmacology, psychiatric disorders, as well as, physical, psychological and social needs when caring for our patients.
Psychiatric, mental health, or long-term care experience preferred. Previous registered nurse experience preferred
