Provide evidence-based interventions and behavioral modeling to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Support clients in developing recovery goals and assist with daily activities and transportation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Must have experience working with adults with mental illness and a valid Massachusetts driver's license.
Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement Assist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences. Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
