Assess and enroll clients with serious mental illness into appropriate rehabilitation and recovery programs. Educate families on available services and provide necessary linkages to outside providers and transportation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred and at least one year of related work experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation best practices.
Rehabilitation and recovery services are designed for individuals living in the community who live with serious mental illness. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.
What to expect.
This is a direct care opportunity to exercise your independent judgement and assess and enroll clients in the appropriate services when they first enter into the rehabilitation and recovery program(s). Your efforts will be a part of ensuring a successful transition for each client.

This position has a flat pay rate of $21.37/hr.
