Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their home settings, including wound care and medication administration. Work closely with patients to determine visit schedules and manage clinical care independently.
Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and an active Texas LVN license in good standing. Reliable transportation is required for travel between patient visits.

As an LVN on our skilled team, you will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting. Your responsibilities may include wound care, medication administration, IV infusions, and other skilled nursing services based on patient needs.
We value flexibility and patient-centered care, so you will work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules.
This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required.
