Provide compassionate physical therapy to home care patients to help them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver patient-centered care.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and an active Physical Therapist license in the State of Delaware. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
